- Discussion and possible action to approve funding of $2000 for the LAPD Olympic Division’s annual Shoes From Santa event to be held on December 4, 2024. The NonProfit organization is the OBA Foundation. The primary contact is Harris Cho. The funds will be used to pay for the 12 tons of snow and shoe sizes that are not able to be donated.
- Discussion and possible action regarding the trimming of trees at 620 Harvard Blvd., 90005. The overgrowth of trees is a public safety issue. The trees are in front of the JJ Grand Hotel (under renovation) and create a dark and sinister environment.
- Discussion and re-approval of the following items that were discussed and approved at the previous board meetings: however, since the BAC forms were never submitted.

10.a Approval of the 2024-2025 Admin Packet.
10.b Approval of NPG for the LA Korean Festival (non-profit) of $5000.
10.c Approval of (NPG) of $2000 for the Bangladeshi American Society (BAS). - Discussion and possible action to recommend to the Board the approval of ZA-2024-6420-CUB: A Conditional Use Permit to allow the sale and dispensing of beer and wine for on-site consumption in conjunction with a proposed 1,428 sq. ft. restaurant with 47 indoor seats in the C2-2 zone. Proposed hours of operation and alcohol sales from 11 am – 2 am, daily. At 3960 W 6th St. 90020. Representative: Steve S. Kim, GSD Partners
- Continued discussion, update and other possible actions regarding the noise and annoyance complaints about “Fountain LA, located at 2889 W Olympic Bl LA CA 90007”. They operate as a nightclub with loud music until early morning and all the
while having no permits to operate - Comments/Announcements
